Hey guys!

found this forum watching 1puglife and junkstarbuilds on youtube.

my name is Scott, i am 43, and i live near pottsville pa.

i'm into old lincolns and fords and trucks and tractors, i have a whole fleet of crap, 3 lincolns, 5 trucks, 6 cub cadets, etc.

i have this old toro-wheel horse tractor that i plan on making into a racing tractor with.......it was my grandfathers tractor, i got it in 1998 when he passed away, the mower deck is rotted away and the engine is bad, so i figured why not build it into something cool!  sunny

thanks for the warm welcome!

most of my tractors are cub cadets, i have a 100 from 1964 that was a friends grandfathers, a 71 that was my grandfathers, a 127 parts tractor that was mine when i was a kid, a 72 that i picked up last summer for 150 and fixed up.....it mows real nice!
i also have a model 123 cub cadet from 1967 that i got for 200 (the 123 was the worlds first hydrostatic garden tractor) and i got a sweet deal on a late 70's model 1450 with 2 mower decks and a 3 point hitch. i have a brinly plow also for plowing the veggie garden that i am looking forward to using real soon.

i was looking into making a shaft drive gear drive cub cadet go faster, not cheap, overdrive gears are 260 dollars plus shipping, and i would get maybe 18 mph top speed.

i plan on building my cub cadet 100 for off roading, heck it already does pretty well stock.

Speaking of Lincolins, my friend has a late 70's or early 80's lincolin town car with the 302 and dual thrush turbo mufflers, sound sweet, gonna be getting rid of it hopefully sometime.
