I bought a 1984 Suzuki LT125 Yesterday from a Kid at my School for $205(he wasn't willing to negotiate to $200:P), I drove it around the yard yesterday afternoon and today on $5.00 of 91octane gas and still have a 1/4 tank, I think I drove it 40 miles according to the trip meter. Tomorrow I am going to sell it to a guy who wants it for his kids for $400 so after gas and everything i should be making $160, not bad for a day and a half of fun and $30 in gas.

There are a few problems with it, The Choke cable doesn't work, the brakes dont work, there are two cracks in the back right fender, and the headlights/tail lights dont work/aren't there.

I was thinking of using it as a Donor project for my Toro but there is no Suspension in this little bike and I can make a couple bucks from this. I was offered a 1982 Yamaha Maxim 400(Im not 100% sure if its a 400 but the ad said 40 and I think its a spelling mistake) for the Bike but I am not really interested because he has no ownership and If I used it as a donor for the Toro I would have problems with it fitting under the hood and I don't know if it has to much power for my setup, Plus he lives to far away and isnt willing to travel.

Thanks for telling me, i fixed it, i hate it when i go onto a forum and it has dead pictures. i had re-organized my photobucket files forgetting that it would screw up every website i post it on.

And sold that the next day after i put up this post for $400. then my friend bought a 1986 SuzukiLT185 for $200 and it needed $90 in work and now he has an ATV(hes trying to sell it for $600).

Also i just recently bought a 1985 Suzuki LT230F for $225, the guy said he never got it running and i checked the gas tank and it smells like fresh gas and the carb is completely dry but the pull start is broken. When i turn it over by hand it seems to get hard to turn over at a certain point, the only thing i can think it is would be possibly a valve hitting a piston.
