The simple simplicity...

Ok guys so I had another incidence of If someone doesnt buy this its going to the scrap... then it turned into these... then it turned into I now own 4 simplicity tractors... *good sigh?* I am not a huge fan of the simplicity series because I have seen them everywhere around where I live people are used to them and they arent very original. I have seen them as pullers and cut up into different things but I decided to give them a chance and try them out due to the fact that they all have a massive rear end that is a monolithic block of cast iron! I brought the biggest one home today because it is my first paid job for the company I am starting woo! :V I am using it as a test platform for several things:

Plasti-dip Coating - I am going to test the durability of the coating and ease of application.
Carb setup for briggs flatheads (is mostly a experiment to see if itd work with the deere roughly the same engine.)
Secret stuff!

10hp b&s flatty
FNR high low tranny
House paint does not work well on a tractor.

Yeah sucks to see the old iron go to the dump :[ so I try to build them and sell them or going to... This one is just gonna push snow and putt putt around a bit :p

Sexy! Thats gunna make a great work horse. Seems the rush now is simplicitys, at least here on our tiny forum :V!

Eh I woulda liked a massey more but its ok :p I will adjust to them!

TIP: spread vaseline or grease on the tire next time you paint and the overspray will wipe away.

Next time you are out, grab some vinyl and recover that seat!

That's a great tip lol, I've seen people use playing cards but now I know how I'm painting mine.

Those mini ags should do good and make it look like a beefy work tractor now.

Im not worried about the old tires they are getting tossed first chance I get :p thus why I didnt mask or anything lol Lots cheaper to purchase mini ags too :p

Love the looks of this old iron. If you you find too many, I'm starting a home for wayward tractors. Just haven't told the wife yet. Lol

The customer for this tractor actually fell through unfortunantly I was thinking about finishing it up and selling it or something since I got a few more lol

i have a 69 allis chamers 708 super,and a 74 simplicity 738,both on the same small platform.i got them just because there not something i see often,and a 36 inch mower deck is ideal for my size yard. both came from original owners,and sleep in my climate controlled basement.

yeah they are interesting this one has a home made plow and whatnot the motor needs a little tlc but thats really about it other than cosmetics and a battery Id like to sell it so I dont have it laying around in the horde has new tires and stuff lol

unfortunately they are not worth alot,fully restored to original with deck and snow blower i have seen them for sale at $250.00. i dont plan on seling mine anytime soon,i bought the allis only because i didnt have a yellow one.... my mistake its a B 208 super,too many tractors causes confusion

If I get 100$ Id be happy Im not to worried about price I paid 125 for 4 of them so even if it sold for 50 Id be fine :p
