Bearings for my rat rod racing mower instead of bushings

Has anyone come across any bearings that will work in my 6in front rims of a craftsman mower instead of having bushings? The front spindles are 3/4

I think you can. What's the diameter of the hole in the rim where the bushing goes?

Yeah should be about a 1 3/8.

I measured 1-3/8. I don't trust the bushings at 35mph lol

They should be a snug fit. Some shimms on both sides are good. Dont want any slop in there.

I use a prick punch to knurl inside the rim where the outer race of the bearing sits. This works good for me for changing a clearance fit to a light press fit.

This works for making it tighter..   8:11 into the video.

There's good info in that video, but I really don't like the nonsense in the video. I'm not interested in being entertained with that kind of humor while watching a video on wheel bearings. It's just not my sense of humor. I tend to take my work seriously.

Same here. If it were a video purely for intertainment, maybe. I do like little jokes throughout the vid, but skits like that are a waste of my time.
