I'm looking at some lights for my tractor. I've gotten it down to 3 choices. I have an old Jeep fog light that needs a bulb, a single round light from HF, or a cheap set of driving lights from HF. All 3 have their benefits and their weaknesses. The Jeep fog light would probably be the least bright, the hardest to mount, but would use the least amount of amps. The round HF light would be easiest to mount, be in the middle for amperage used, be in the middle for amount of light, but there's only 1. Lastly is the driving lights. They would be in the middle for ease of mounting, use the most power, and provide the most light.

LED lights would be ideal... low draw & long life... but the cost is considerably higher.
I would go with the mini lights from HF, compact & easy to mount.

LED's would be ideal. Problem is that I'm about $110 into the tractor already with buying it and fixing all the crap the PO did. And I'm going to have to spend another $30 for the random bits I need to get this thing running so I can start enjoying it.

Check out places like dealextreme.com for cheap LED bulb replacements for the stock tractor lighting. They's the same as clear taillight bulb on older cars.
