ive searched the build threads and cant seem to find someone who has done a small lift. like 3-6 inches. everyones done these 12 inch and plus lifts, i just want something to clear tires and give it tthe look of some modification done to the green machine. anybody on here done in between 3 to 6 inches? if so share some pics and how you did it. apperciate it!

I did that.

What I did, was just buy longer bolts, and put about 3" of rubber between the frame and transaxle. The thing is, DONT use rubber. It flexes too much. Razz

And then I just ran the belt off the mower deck spindle, so I got a free pulley swap too!

I did leave the front stock tho.

what should i properly use and how did you run the clutch setup? if you lift the tranny from the frame itll mis align the pulleys?
